CASE STUDY
Since 2020, we have worked closely with YZ Systems to create a wide range of content supporting the ongoing growth and adoption of Aircom ™. Rather than focusing on a single campaign, the partnership has evolved into a long-term content strategy spanning product demonstrations, customer case studies, training resources, exhibition content, 360° tours, and technical product showcases.
The goal throughout has been to create clear, practical content that helps simplify complex technical information, support sales activity, and demonstrate the real-world application of Aircom ™ across multiple industries.
THE CHALLENGE
The challenge was making a complex system easy to understand, without losing the technical detail that makes it valuable.
Aircom ™ is a technically complex system that is not easy to explain quickly in a traditional sales or presentation format. Customers need to clearly understand installation, compatibility, reliability, ease of use, and how the product performs in real-world environments.
There were multiple audiences to consider, each requiring a different level of detail. Engineers, buyers, distributors, and exhibition visitors, all needed information delivered in a way that was clear, accessible, and appropriate to their role.
THE APPROACH
We developed a structured library of video and immersive 360° content designed to explain Aircom™ in a practical, visual way. The focus was on showing the product in real environments, simplifying complex technical detail, and making it easier for different audiences to understand how the system works in practice.
We created a uniform suite of assets that could be used across sales, training, exhibitions, and digital platforms. This included case studies, product explainers, training resources, interactive 360° environments, and exhibition-ready content.
Each piece was designed to be flexible and reusable, supporting both external customer conversations and internal team education over the long term.
